There has been a lot of talk about the “Bitcoin Revolution Vhong Navarro” in Venezuela. In this piece I will give you my view of the situation. Firstly, I congratulate all those citizens that have taken the step of creating their own currency. It is a wonderful achievement and is a sign of hope for many countries and societies around the world. The people of Venezuela are working hard to build a vibrant economic model based on fair trade and freedom of speech.

As I mentioned earlier, this is part of their election campaign and they are doing a great job. They have also taken a positive step towards lifting restrictions on foreign ownership of property in their country. All this is a good thing, however, it doesn’t really help the economic development that the government of Venezuela is promising to do.

I think that the main reason why most people don’t understand this is because the government has not said how it intends to use this form of currency to achieve its goals. It is also confusing because they have implemented a foreign exchange that works almost the same way as the US dollar. They call it the Bolivar and it is already in use in many parts of the country. However, this type of currency has no real meaning in Venezuela’s economy, since the government does not recognize it.

Another problem is that the government of Venezuela does not control the money supply, so there is no way of telling if the prices of their domestic products are going up or down. Of course, when the prices are up, the consumers benefit, but when they are down, the consumers don’t really benefit. This is a big problem with a developing country like Venezuela. It is better for the government to allow the production and trade of its own currency rather than trying to re-distribute the money into the economy.

A quick note on the “Bolivar” as this is known in Spanish: It stands for “bolivar”. This is a commonly used word in Spain and the people there are familiar with this word and associate it with capitalism. However, there is no real connection between capitalism and the Bolivar. Instead, this is merely a currency that the government of Venezuela started using to trade goods. When the “Bolivar” was launched, this was taken over by the government as its official currency.

For me, I would like to see Venezuela’s government to admit that they are using such a system and explain why it is being done. They should explain to us why this would help them reach their economic objectives. That would make sense and the “bitcoins revolution” will continue and this could be another potential disaster for the United States Dollar and her paper currency.

In Venezuela, they have problems with shortages and the inability to import because of the “Bolivar”. The government has a few different choices if they want to stay afloat and stay competitive. They can raise prices on goods and have high inflation or they can print more money and use it like you do with the Greenbacks. One option does not seem to make any sense to me. Why would the government want to print more money when they have plenty of it already?

This could cause hyperinflation, which will cause the dollar to lose its value and we end up right back in the same kind of situation that we were in during the Gold Standard. That is why we need the government to explain to us why they are doing this. Otherwise, we have to be very careful in our investments and make sure that we diversify our investments. Please consider all this.
